Terms of Service

1. The service

SellerSyd is software that connects to your marketplace seller accounts to analyze sales, fees, payouts, inventory and account health, identify amounts that may be recoverable, and help you manage your stores. Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor sign-in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite and the permissions you grant them.
• Agencies must have their clients' authorization to access and manage their marketplace accounts through SellerSyd.

3. Marketplace connections

You authorize SellerSyd to access your marketplace accounts through the marketplace's official APIs and to perform actions you request or enable (for example filing a reimbursement claim or sending review requests). You remain responsible for complying with each marketplace's policies. You can revoke access at any time in SellerSyd or in the marketplace.

4. Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data or use it to compete with you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service or attempt to access data you're not authorized to see; probe, scan or test our systems except through responsible disclosure; reverse engineer the service; use it to violate laws or marketplace policies; or submit false or fraudulent claims to marketplaces.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or in the app. Fees are exclusive of taxes. If you exceed your plan's limits we may ask you to upgrade. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. No guarantee of recovery

SellerSyd identifies amounts that may be owed to you based on available data. Whether a marketplace approves a claim, and how much it pays, is decided by the marketplace. We do not guarantee any recovery, profit figure or business outcome. Financial figures are estimates based on marketplace data and the costs you provide, and are not tax or accounting advice.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep SellerSyd available and secure but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Marketplaces may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified in advance.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Marketplace names are trademarks of their owners; SellerSyd is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Contact: legal@sellersyd.com.
